A remote meeting of the Council of the Armenian Mining and Metallurgy Association public organization was held, with the following members in attendance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine CJSC, represented by Vardan Jhanyan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Teghut CJSC, represented by Karen Simonyan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Lydian Armenia CJSC, represented by Hayk Aloyan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Kapan Mining and Processing Plant CJSC, represented by Vahram Avagyan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. GeoProMining Gold LLC, represented by Ruzanna Grigoryan <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In accordance with the regulations, the meeting was presided over by the Council Chair, Vardan Jhanghanyan, with Volodya Kirakosyan, Director of the Association, serving as secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Agenda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Consideration of the admission of \u201cRusal Armenal\u201d CJSC and the \u201cArmenian International Mining Chamber\u201d public organization into the Association Members of the Association\u2019s Council were presented with applications submitted by Tigran Arustamyan, General Director of Rusal Armenal CJSC, and Artyom Geghamyan, Executive President of the Armenian International Mining Chamber NGO. In their applications, they stated that they had familiarized themselves with the Charter of the Armenian Mining and Metallurgy Association NGO, accepted its provisions, and requested that the organizations they lead be admitted to the Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Clause 8.14.7 of the Charter, the Council can vote to admit or withdraw from the Association’s membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Members of the Association’s Council were requested to vote remotely without disrupting their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting summed up the voting results as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
n favor: 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Against \/ Abstained: zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the voting results, the Association Council had a virtual meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To admit Rusal Armenal CJSC and the Armenian International Mining Chamber public organization into the Armenian Mining and Metallurgy Association. Thus, the remote meeting of the Council of the Armenian Mining and Metallurgy Association public organization concluded its agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
