Launch of a New Partnership: Director of “Hayasa Metal–Canada” at the AMMA

Dennis Moore, an internationally renowned geologist and geology expert, is currently in Armenia. He is the founder and CEO of “Hayasa Metal–Canada” (formerly “Fremont Gold Ltd.”), a major investment company operating in Armenia.

As part of the working cooperation, the company’s delegation, led by Dennis Moore, met with Susanna Martirosyan, Vice President of the Armenian Mining and Metallurgy Association (AMMA) and Director of the Department for Government and Public Relations.

Ms. Martirosyan expressed her appreciation for the visit and the willingness to cooperate, presented the Association’s activities, and noted that the Association is open to partnership.

The guests presented the company’s current and upcoming projects in Armenia. Emphasizing the Association’s role and activities, Hayasa Resources Corp. expressed interest in joining the Association. Ms. Martirosyan welcomed the company’s intention and stated that the matter would be discussed with the member organizations in accordance with established procedures.

A range of sector-related issues were discussed, including existing challenges, possible solutions, and other topics aimed at the development of the industry. The meeting was also attended by Hovhannes Karapetyan, Director of Hayasa Resources Corp.
