Apartment Sales in Multi-Apartment Buildings Reach 2,181 Transactions in Armenia

According to data from the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the number of apartment sale and purchase transactions in multi-apartment buildings across Armenia totaled 2,181 as of September 2025.

In Yerevan, 1,524 transactions were recorded, accounting for 69.9% of the total.

Regional breakdown:

Kotayk Province – 237 transactions (10.9%)

Lori Province – 106 (4.9%)

Armavir Province – 81 (3.7%)

Shirak Province – 60 (2.8%)

Syunik Province – 73 (3.3%)

Ararat Province – 26 (1.2%)

Gegharkunik Province – 34 (1.6%)

Tavush Province – 13 (0.5%)

Vayots Dzor Province – 14 (0.6%)

Aragatsotn Province – 13 (0.6%)
